Exercises for the back with a hernia according to the method of Shamil Alyautdinov

An intervertebral hernia is a serious disease that can cause a lot of problems to a person. At the initial stages, it is possible to treat a hernia with exercises for the back from Shamil Alyautdinov. What is the essence of the technique and what actions are included in the complex of therapy?

The essence of the technique

Shamil Alyautdinov is a man who, on his own spine, got acquainted with such an unpleasant disease as a hernia. Once his health was in such a critical condition that even his leg began to be taken away, which could well lead to complete disability over time.

The pathological defect was so large that it squeezed the nerve that provides the innervation of the limb, due to which the leg ceased to receive the nerve impulses necessary for movement. 

The man tried to get rid of the pathology of the lumbar region through the use of drugs, but the effects were temporary, and the side effects were pronounced enough to abandon such attempts. As a result, having thoroughly studied the features of the musculoskeletal system and the characteristics of the disease, the specialist created a special set of exercises that can save a person from an intervertebral hernia.  

The therapeutic technique, of course, is not able to get rid of all problems after the first session, but if you devote enough time and effort to your health, you will be able to recover without resorting to surgery.

Exercises to perform while lying down

Exercises for the spine from the first complex, which can be seen in the video, are intended for people with severe pain. For all of them, the starting position is lying on your back or stomach. Thanks to this, it is possible to minimize the load on the suffering spine, but increase it on the muscular corset.

Of particular importance for the treatment of intervertebral hernia is the strengthening of the oblique muscle of the press, which supports the spine in a healthy person.

The complex looks like this:

  • a person lies on his stomach, bringing his hands to the lower back and, filling the stomach with air, raises the body and one of the lower limbs slightly above the floor;
  • the posture is unchanged, only the hands are transferred to the back of the head, and the legs are spread apart as much as possible, again trying to raise the body;
  • in the same position, but spreading the arms to the sides, the body is arched back, trying not to tear the hips off the floor;
  • it is necessary, sitting on your knees, to put your hands behind your back and begin to arch your spine in the opposite direction, trying to reach your forehead to the floor;
  • squatting down, you need to spread your legs and take yourself by the heels, bowing your head and starting to pull it towards the floor;
  • standing on the palms and knees, so that the feet were on weight, they make turns with the body, trying to see their legs; lying on their stomach, they roll over on their backs, not allowing themselves to tear one of the lower limbs off the floor.

Exercises for the horizontal bar

Gymnastics according to the method of a specialist also involves performing exercises on the horizontal bar. You can treat a hernia using special devices or a regular crossbar.

The complex is as follows:

  • they hang upside down on the horizontal bar, lowering their arms down and allowing themselves to relax the spine as much as possible (to heighten the effect, you can take dumbbells no more than 3 kg in your hands);
  • in the same position, with hands behind the head, backward bends are made in the spine;
  • in the same position, “tilts” are made forward;
  • continuing to hold on to the crossbar with their feet, reach out to it with their hands and hang in this position for several minutes;
  • holding the crossbar with their hands, they make light swings of the body in order to transfer the load from the spine to the muscular frame. 

Being upside down has a good effect not only on the spine, but also on blood circulation in the brain. It is recommended to take at least 2 minutes for each exercise, gradually increasing the time.  

If there are signs of pathology, the treatment of a hernia with exercises for the back of Shamil Alyautdinov is a reliable way to get rid of a defect in the intervertebral discs that is not too neglected.
